The perfect tool for "slashing" when creating faux chenille garments. Permanent arm extends under the blade through the "fabric tunnel". Cutting between stitching lines becomes a breeze without any threat of cutting through the base fabric! Made by Olfa for Clover

  • Used for curvers and very narrow slash quilting. Just insert the tip and push. Clean cut between curved seams and narrow seams.
  • 1/8" and 1/4" guides included.

Slash quilting is a technique in which pieces of fabrics are placed in several layers, seam lines are sewn and cuts are made between the seams while leaving the lowermost layer uncut. The quilt is then washed to give a fluffy finish.
