Rock-A -Blocks could be the answer. These blocks use a combination of rocking action and depth gauge (the runners) to give even pressure to the application of ink for no bleeding.

Simply adhere your unmounted rubber stamp to the 'Rock-a-Block' (any adhesive should work well), then ink up your stamp and prepare the surface for stamping.

Place the mounted stamp down onto the stamping surface resting on the bottom edge of the depth gauge and then rock the stamp forwards and lift back up from the paper. The block actually rocks on the two runners which are positioned at opposite ends of the block and these runners are set at the perfect height to allow the image to transfer easily and evenly onto your surface.

Only a single rock is required (as repeated rocking over the same image may result in shadow casting). The stamp rocks from either bottom to top or vice-versa, not side to side. If you wish to stamp an image which lends itself well to rocking sideways, instead turn your paper or card around by 90 degrees and continue to rock bottom to top.

The runners are set at the perfect height to work with unmounted rubber stamps or clear acrylic stamps. There is no need to use an intermediary foam backing. Each of the blocks has a gridline for central positioning to ensure your stamp is perfectly aligned.
