The Journey Continues

We are presenting an image from each project on the The Journey Continues DVD. From this page you can click on a sample image to see a larger graphic. In addition, we have included a brief description of each presented project. Of course, some things just cannot be adequately expressed via a single snapshot...and that is why we are so passionate about creating instructional DVDs.

Discovering Distress
Distress inks and powders can add a vintage look to all of your craft projects. Tim demonstrates how to distress photographs, lettering, and more.

Adventures in Embossing
Use embossing powder to create textural effects in your artwork. Tim even shows you how to make a distressed statue out of embossing powder and salt.
Fireless Raku
Raku is an ancient artform. Tim adds a contemporary technique to create the same look with black polymer clay, acrylic paint and powdered pigments.
Alcohol Ink Exploration
Tim shows even more techniques with alcohol inks. He works on glossy paper and assorted clear acrylic pieces to create wonderful greeting card elements.
Glazed Mosaics
Tim demonstrates how to make unique embellishments using shrink plastic, clear embossing powder and some alcohol ink.

Custom Correspondence
Did you ever wish that it was easy to stamp your image in full color? It is easy when you make your own custom ink pads. This is a great techinque when you need to make invitations or holiday cards using the same rubber stamp on each card.

Dichroic Illusions
Photos do not do this technique justice. You will be awestruck by the faux dichroic glass you can create with a bit of glass, embossing powder, and craft foil. Tim demonstrates three variartions in this project.
Expressions on Canvas
Small stretched canvas pieces are the basis for creating your own artistic masterpieces. Here Tim combines techniques he demonstrates throughout the DVD and adds a touch of beeswax. These canvases are both simple to create and a wonder to behold.
